By this letter I authorize the Customs Agency “EM CARGO” as a joint branch of Em express Post with Unique Identification Number 811281857 based in Prizren, Customs Terminal, that the goods which have arrived through the international post Em express Post in Cargo, Customs terminal in my name mentioned above to complete all customs operations in Cargo, Customs Terminal related to the customs clearance of goods, domestic and international transits from the moment of presentation at the customs offices until the end of the final procedures provided by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and to withdraw the goods from all customs terminals or border crossings to bring them to my address according to the delivery order from the sender of the order.
• I, the above, declare with moral and legal responsibility that I sign this authorization without pressure and bear responsibility for the accuracy and content of the goods.

Me anë të kësaj shkrese autorizoj Agjensionin Doganor “ EM CARGO” si degë e përbashkët e Em express Post me numër Unik Identifikues 811281857 me seli në Prizren, Terminali Doganor, që mallrat të cilat kan arritur permes postes ndërkombëtare Em express Post ne Cargo, terminalin Dogaor në emrin tim të lartëcekur ti përfundoj të gjitha veprimet doganore ne Cargo, Terminal Doganor lidhur me zhdoganimin e mallrave , tranzitave të brendshem dhe ndërkombëtarë nga momenti paraqitjes në zyret doganore e deri te perfundimi procedurave perfundimtare te parapara sipas ligjeve të Republikës së Kosovës , si dhe të tërheq mallrat nga të gjitha terminalet doganore apo vendkalime kufitare për ti sjellur ne adresen time sipas urdher dergesës nga derguesi i porosisë .
• Unë i lartëshenuari deklaroj me përgjegjësi morale dhe ligjore se ketë autorizim e nënshkruaj pa presion dhe mbajë pergjegjsi për saktësin dhe permbajtjen e mallrave.
